Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document technical specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture and SAP ABAP Development for HANA
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within custom software environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and best practices for enterprise applications.
