Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing insights and recommendations to enhance application performance and user experience.

Prerequisite for RDE

• Translate business processes into AI-driven workflows, integrating Agentic AI patterns and SAP s AI services to deliver scalable, intelligent, and automation-ready applications.
• Own end-to-end implementation, from data and model integration through solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment within SAP landscapes and customer environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and customer teams to drive AI adoption, optimize models in production, and continuously enhance solution quality and impact.
• Experience with Transforming processes with AI & infusing Agentic AI innovations in SAP space.
• Strategic thinking, client-focused articulation & effective demo/communication experience.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle.
• Experience with integration of SAP PP with other modules and systems.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
