Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding the team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360 platform. The candidate should be AA Master or Advanced Certified, with strong hands-on experience in bot development, control room configuration, and solution architecture. Must be capable of leading automation design discussions, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to RPA best practices.
• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with process automation tools and frameworks.
• Ability to analyze and optimize workflows for efficiency.

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• AA Master or Advanced Certification is mandatory
• A 15 years full time education is required.
