Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and technical expertise within the team.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Experience in developing and maintaining cloud-based applications using SAP ABAP Cloud environment.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application code.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP ecosystems.
• Competence in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
