Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Android Application Development.
• Experience with mobile application lifecycle management including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices for mobile platforms.
• Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in mobile environments.
• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and services to extend application functionality.
