Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables effectively.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with content management systems and their customization to meet specific client requirements.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software applications.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable application design.
