Job Description
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Perform account reconciliations. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Financial Transactions:
Handle daily banking activities, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions in the accounting system.
Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Customer Relations:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with bank customers, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
Assist customers in opening and closing accounts, updating account information, and explaining banking services.
Accounting and Reporting:
Prepare financial reports, summaries, and other financial analyses as required.
Compliance and Regulations:
Stay updated with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 experience

Previous experience in banking and customer relation roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
