Education
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or equivalent field of studies
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry with an experience in CRM systems and customer service software.
Skills
Computer Skills: Advanced in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic
Advanced understanding of fintech products, services, and regulatory environment, excellent leadership and team management capabilities, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
