Job Purpose
To lead CTC's end-to-end end-to-end marketing agenda across all business units and channels, ensuring strong brand governance, high-impact market execution, and measurable commercial outcomes. This role owns annual marketing planning and end-to-end campaign execution across retail, field, B2B and digital channels, while leading CRM and digital growth to improve customer engagement, lead conversion, and retention.
The role acts as the strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and serves as the deputy to the Head of Marketing by providing leadership continuity, driving performance governance (KPIs/ROI), and developing team capability as part of the succession plan.
Job Responsibilities
Translate business goals into clear channel plans (retail, field, B2B and digital) with measurable KPIs and timelines.
Lead quarterly reviews to re-prioritize initiatives based on performance, market changes, and commercial needs.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance with brand/principal guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
Manage marketing communications and content governance (online/offline), ensuring professional quality and brand consistency.
Drive digital performance (paid media, social, SEO, email/automation) and continuously optimize conversion and cost per lead/sale.
Build customer engagement programs to improve retention, repeat purchase, and customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT where applicable).
Plan and execute field activations, roadshows, workshops, and trade events with clear objectives, budgets, and post-activity reporting.
Support Sales and field teams with toolkits, guidelines, and training to ensure consistent execution and compliance.
Ensure alignment of value proposition, competitive positioning, and pricing communication with commercial policies and Sales strategy.
Manage agencies, vendors, and partners (briefs, timelines, quality control, contract negotiation) to deliver cost-effective execution.
Build and present dashboards on campaign effectiveness, leads, conversion, sell-out support, and brand visibility to leadership.
Act as deputy to the Head of Marketing when required and provide continuity of leadership, governance routines, and stakeholder alignment.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability building to strengthen marketing execution across the organization.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
10+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing, digital marketing, CRM, or marketing operations, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results across multi-channel environments (retail, field, B2B and digital).
Strong experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets with clear ROI focus.
Experience in automotive aftermarket, retail distribution, or industrial categories is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing planning, brand governance, trade marketing, and performance management.
CRM and data-driven marketing capability (segmentation, journey design, lead management, reporting).
Digital marketing proficiency: paid media, social, SEO, email/automation, web performance and analytics.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills (Power BI/Excel; KPI dashboards).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership.
Language: Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
