Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote medical courses.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
Track and report sales activities and outcomes, including call logs, leads, and sales metrics.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English.
- Cairo or Giza Residents only.
