What You'll Do:
- Manage customer and warehouse partner accounts end-to-end
- Ensure timely collections and handle overdue payments effectively
- Conduct onboarding and training for new customers/partners
- Drive retention and recurring sales within your portfolio
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams
- Provide weekly performance and portfolio updates to management
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving ability
- Experience in collections and client engagement
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel reporting
