Hiring: Customer Experience Representative (CX Rep)

Location: Cairo | On-site

We're looking for a Customer Experience Representative (CX Rep) to join a fast-moving customer experience team and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution across chat, email, and phone.

This role is ideal for someone with 13 years of customer support experience, strong Arabic & English communication skills, and a real problem-solving mindset someone who can resolve issues, not just escalate them. Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, delivery, or service platforms is highly preferred.

What we're looking for:

• 13 years in customer support
• Strong Arabic & English communication skills
• Experience with ticketing systems, CRM, chat, email, and WhatsApp support
• Good understanding of orders, returns, refunds, SLAs, and customer/vendor issues
• Strong ownership, empathy, and professionalism
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable handling volume during peak times
