We're Hiring | Customer Experience Specialist (CX)
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support our growing educational organization and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on ticket resolution and closure across systems and campuses, ensuring timely handling and proper escalation.
- Manage and monitor the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely admissions responses.
- Analyze calls, tickets, and customer data, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Conduct regular customer journey testing and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints through to final resolution, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or CRM-related roles.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
