We're looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic and has great communication skills. You understand small to medium sized businesses and the functions within them. For people with strong problem-solving skills and who love providing excellent customer service for companies that use our products & services. This role collaborates with other client facing roles, is part of a growing team, and heavily impacts Simplit's success.
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on all of the features and functions within software applications provided.
- Provide expertise to clients seeking to use our provided applications effectively.
- Document clients needs, problems, interventions and interactions, escalate technical issues to our development team.
- Boost Customer Satisfaction and productivity through a gamified system that gives you periodic updates on your work vs. your teammates
- Territory: MENA or APAC

Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred or aligned experience with business and/or software
- Affinity with software that handles functions of business, such as CRM, Accounting, Inventory, POS, and other varieties of software that our platform provides
- Ability to learn quickly
Nice to Have
- Arabic is a plus
- Master degree is a plus
