- Comprehensive analysis of Supply Chain.
- Coordinates the ordering & delivery process for all customers.
- Close follow up of the order-to-cash cycle & communicating with other teams to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Solves problems and actively cooperates with other departments to maintain a high level of service levels.
- Optimize processes by implementing the best solutions to deliver set up KBIs with Customers through improvement of Service Level for Customers, drive operational excellence to ensure best service & optimal cost.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Root causes of Out-Of-Stock analysis
- Root causes of DIFOT components (Out-Of-Stock, Returns, On-Time, Commercial & Financial rejections)
- Develop implement actions plan to improve sales & logistic processes in CCHBC and Customer defined in analysis project.
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Regularly tracks plans execution and reacts accordingly.
- Analyzing DIFOTAI, Case-fill rate and OOS root causes, building mitigation plans and implementing
- Analyzes and finds solutions to minimize Cost to Supply
- Plans work independently, set priorities and regularly monitor the level of implementation of tasks, goals and projects
- Ongoing control of the daily shipment execution to Customers and flexible response to changes in Customer demand and CCH production plans.
- Performs other tasks and duties specified by the CLM, resulting from the nature of work on the position held
- Ongoing monitoring and taking care of business objectives realization (KBI: Cost to Supply, Service Level, DIFOTAI and OSA)
- Timely preparation of all reports at the request of supervisors & stakeholders
- Managing / working in the SAP system, preparing Customer orders, collecting and managing data in the SAP, controlling shipments execution to Customers
- Compliance with safety, hygiene and discipline regulations at the own workplace.
- Meets agreements and deadlines, fulfills obligations to internal and external customers in accordance with company standards.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDIENTS
- University education, preferably with a quantitative background (business, sciences, engineering, logistics)
- Knowledge of the English (min. B2)
- Min. 3-5 years of work experience in FMCG or position of a similar nature.
- Knowledge related to planning deliveries and fulfilling orders
- Focus on internal and external customers
- Planning, organizing & time management skills
- Understanding of cost/revenue impact of decisions
- Knowledge about processes in Supply Chain and Sales
- High analytical skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Ability for priority setting
- Ability to manage work systems and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Very good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in working with EDI and SAP systems (preferred)
