We are seeking a full-time, on-site Customer Project Manager to be based in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves managing customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with clients expectations and organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing project plans, maintaining communication with key stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing regular updates on project progress. The role also involves identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting sales activities by providing project insights and feedback.

• Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to effectively lead and oversee multiple projects.
• Exceptional Communication and Sales skills to collaborate with clients, convey project updates, and support business development initiatives.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for assessing project risks, solving problems, and ensuring projects meet compliance and risk management standards.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; certification such as PMP is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; prior experience in compliance or technology-driven environments is advantageous.
