Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include offering online and technical support, addressing client needs, and managing communication between customers and the company. The Customer Support Executive plays a key role in building strong relationships with tenants and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence in service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and handling Customer Satisfaction concerns
  • Experience with Online Support and proving Technical Support when required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries professionally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organization and ability to multitask effectively
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management industries is an advantage
  • Salary : 2500 + Incentive
