Job Description

We are looking for a Client Relations Executive to independently manage customer communication, documentation, and support throughout the residential project lifecycle. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, handle multiple client requirements, and coordinate internally with sales, construction, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients from reservation, SPA signing, construction updates, completion, and handover.

Handle customer inquiries related to payment schedules, project milestones, unit specifications, and handover procedures.

Prepare and manage client documentation, including Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA), NOCs, SoA, handover files, and related forms.

Coordinate with internal teams on unit status, snagging updatesand handover readiness.

Schedule and manage unit viewings, snagging appointments, and handover meetings.

Provide project updates, construction progress reports, and clarification on floor plans, layouts, and project timelines.

Assist clients with DLD registration, escrow queries, and compliance requirements.

Maintain accurate client records, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.

Support after-sales services, including defect reporting, warranty claims, and coordination with the facility/maintenance team.

Ensure all communication aligns with company policies and RERA guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client relations or customer service within a real estate developer or brokerage in Dubai.

Strong understanding of residential developments (apartments, villas, townhouses) and basic technical terms related to construction and handover.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage clients professionally with minimal guidance.

Familiarity with CRM systems, DLD processes, escrow requirements, and handover procedures.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
