Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, execute CRM campaigns, maintain customer data, and support initiatives that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
• Execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Segment customer databases for targeted communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Track customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to improve the customer journey.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of CRM, customer experience, or marketing experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Egypt real estate experience is an advantage.
