Purpose of the Job
To ensure Single point of contact between B2B Customer and Operations by offering operational updates, time bound deliverables by coordinating with different stake holders to ensure highest customer retention in fleet Aftersales business.
Job Accountabilities
- Engage in sales pitch for new/existing customers through Telephone/Email.
- Attend Customer Queries and follow up with concerned stakeholders till closure of the concern.
- Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of trust and high confidence.
- Follow up with Finance & Monthly Invoice submission to customers
- Monitor the workflows on daily basis and update customer on vehicle ready status.
- Responsible for ensuring proper coordination with suppliers and operations for delivery of product/equipment to end customers.
- Be a bridge between sales/back-office teams & customers.
- Comply and implement the local laws and client's requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by line manager.
- Gather market intelligence data through online platforms.
Qualification and Education
Bachelor's degree in any stream
Experience
Minimum 2years of experience in automotive customer engagement centres
Knowledge & Skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
- Excellent MS office/data analytical skills
- Team player and willing to learn.
