Role Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of communications. This role ensures the timely delivery of targeted customer communications, manages day-to-day CRM operations, and supports the CRM team in driving customer engagement and retention initiatives. The CRM Executive works closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, maintain the communication calendar, and contribute to CRM projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute CRM campaigns from planning through deployment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all customer communication channels.
- Manage and maintain the CRM communication calendar, coordinating campaign schedules and stakeholder requirements.
- Support day-to-day CRM operations, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.
- Assist the team in the execution of CRM initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, etc to support business objectives and campaign requirements.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and in line with brand and business guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Maintain CRM databases and ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Apply basic HTML knowledge to create, edit, and troubleshoot email templates and customer communications.
- Support ad hoc CRM activities, customer engagement initiatives, and special projects as required.
