Customer Relationship Management Executive

We are looking for confident and presentable CRM Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of UAE experience who are passionate about customer engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions via calls, emails, and messaging platforms

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and customer support professionally

Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience

Support lead management and customer retention activities

Requirements:

• Arabic speaking is an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
• Fresher or up to 1 year of UAE experience
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
