We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management & Loyalty Specialist!
JOB PURPOSE
The CRM and Loyalty Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that align with our business objectives. The role encompasses customer segmentation, loyalty program management, data analysis, multi-channel marketing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Plan, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs that drive customer retention and repeat business across markets, i.e., drive Ticket Loyalty adoption across Azadea brands and improves penetration across offline and online stores.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns and creates customer segments for highly targeted marketing campaigns and content, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) to nurture customer relationships and drive retention. Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and refine customer journey maps to optimize touch-points and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and inspirational content, including newsletters, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience engagement strategies.
- Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integration, and efficiency.
- Drive the AZADEA Qanz Card business and focus on driving overall penetration and revenue growth for AZADEA Gift Cards through planning, implementation, and collaboration across stores, online channels, and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or Business Administration, or a similar role.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, MoEngage, or other CRM tools.
- Fluency in English
