Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process validation.
  • Maintain project trackers, process maps, and requirement documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
