The Role:
Maison Chat is a premium fresh pet food brand in Kuwait. We are looking for an energetic, remote Customer Relationship Officer to manage our premium clients, build relationships, and convert trial users into long-term subscribers.
What You Will Do:
- Phone Consultations: Call customers who recently purchased our taste pack to check on their pet and guide them through the diet transition.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot early issues in real-time (e.g., picky eaters) to manage expectations and secure the conversion.
- Retention: Follow up with existing customers monthly to process their manual Knet renewals.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

- Highly social, positive, and completely comfortable making direct phone calls. (This is not a text-only role, and there is no cold calling).
Compensation:
- 200 KWD Base + Structured commission. Your total income scales directly with the number of active subscribers you manage and retain.
