Job description
We are excited to announce a new job opportunity at NAOS CX as we launch an exciting telesales campaign for a well-established insurance brokerage in the UAE. If you're a motivated English speaker with a background in telesales or call center work, we'd love to hear from you!
Position: Call Center Agent Morning Shift
Work Location: NAOS CX Call Center Maadi, Cairo
Job requirements
English level B1+ or B2 with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in telesales or a call center role is required.
A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: You will be assigned to one of the following shifts:
7 am till 03:30
9:30 am till 6 pm
two shifts according to operations needs Egypt time. Subject to change if client requested.
Each shift is 8.5 hours, including a 30-minute break.
Days Off:
Fixed Day Off: Saturday
Rotational Day Off: Friday or Sunday
