Job Title: Customer Service Administrative (Remote)

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and MENA Region

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Administrative professional to support both customer service operations and administrative functions in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries while also managing documentation, records, and internal coordination tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Process customer requests including orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.

Maintain and update customer records within CRM and internal systems.

Prepare administrative reports related to customer service performance and operations.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Monitor shared inboxes and manage documentation related to customer transactions.

Assist with scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, and maintaining records.

Track service metrics and support management with operational reporting.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company data protection policies.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

One to three years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting customers within the UAE, KSA, or broader MENA region.

Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Experience working in a performance-driven or metrics-based environment.

Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Work Environment

This is a fully remote position supporting operations across the UAE, KSA, and MENA region. The role requires self-discipline, accountability, and effective communication within a virtual team structure. Regular online meetings and performance evaluations will be conducted.
