Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Advisor for fluent B2 English speakers, located in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer support via phone, addressing inquiries and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency. The role involves delivering a high standard of customer experience by demonstrating a customer-focused approach and maintaining a positive and friendly manner during interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Telephone Manner and Customer Support abilities
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service consistently
  • Fluent spoken and written English, with proficiency at a B2 level
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is an advantage
