- Candidates should ideally possess: ( Contact Centre or Customer Service Experience is Must )
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in handling customer queries through calls, chats, or emails.
- Ability to cross-sell banking products and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of banking products, processes, and customer servicing.
- Strong complaint handling and customer resolution skills.
- Understanding of compliance, security, and fraud prevention requirements.
- Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain service quality standards.
