Role Description
This full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Agent requires a fluent C1-level English speaker and is based in Qesm El Maadi. The agent will handle customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, resolve customer concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining a positive customer experience, addressing feedback, and working closely with the team to meet customer service KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, focusing on Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of Customer Experience and ability to enhance interactions with customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Capability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in relevant fields are advantageous
