Job Description
Centro is hiring fluent English speakers to join our Customer Service team for a new account in Maadi | Cairo.
Compensation
- 16,000 EGP Net Basic
- 4,000 EGP KPIs
- 1,000 EGP Net Overnight Allowance
- Up to 21,000 EGP Net
Location: Maadi, Corniche
Work Model: On-site, with WFH after 3 months
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Days Off: 2 rotational days off
Transportation: Outbound transportation provided
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Customer service/call center experience is a plus
