Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Agent supporting English-speaking accounts. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from home on designated days. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The role also involves developing positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in delivering exceptional Customer Service and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Familiarity with the responsibilities of Customer Service Representatives and experience in Account Management
- English Proficiency is a Must!
- Problem-solving skills, ability to handle challenging scenarios, and adaptability to hybrid work setups
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
