Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Agent handling a Turkish account (C1 level required). The role involves managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and timely information. You will collaborate with the account management team and ensure a high standard of service. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and managing customer interactions effectively
  • Proficiency in working as Customer Service Representatives with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Turkish (C1 level required)
  • Experience or understanding in Account Management to support client needs
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
