Role Overview
As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) at DXB Greet & Go, you will be responsible for providing world-class guest reception and support services in line with Dubai Airports directives. Multilingual CSA play a key role in bridging communication gaps, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional arrival experience for international travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests at the DXB Greet & Go Lounge and designated reception areas.
- Communicate effectively with international guests in German,Czech,Dutch.
- Guide guests through the meet-and-assist process, ensuring they are directed to their limousine drivers efficiently.
- Coordinate with Hosts, Receptionists, and Supervisors to ensure smooth guest handover.
- Verify bookings on the DXB Greet & Go portal and Driver App before guest release.
- Handle individuals, groups arrivals by coordinating with designated coordinators to avoid delays or confusion.
- Support compliance by informing guests and partners that manual paging/placards are not permitted at DXB Terminal 3.
- Escalate guest concerns, complaints, or irregularities to Supervisors immediately.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times, following Valtrans grooming and discipline standards.
- Promote the brand's values of hospitality, efficiency, and compliance with Dubai Airports policy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations (Airport, Hotel or tourism sector preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Familiarity with airport operations, limousine coordination, or DMC services is an advantage.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per operational requirements.
