Job Description

Job Purpose:

To handle all customer complaints, orders and answer all client's inquiries while providing the adequate solution

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat and social media to provide support and information about the company's products or services
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Process customers orders
  • Monitor online order status
  • Handle complaints while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Recruit potential customers by offering advice and recommending books or other products where appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of titles in the book industry
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Manage large amounts of incoming messages
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers by suggesting similar items etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Business, English or French literature, translation or any related field

Experience:

0-3 years of relevant experience
