Job Purpose:
To handle all customer complaints, orders and answer all client's inquiries while providing the adequate solution
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat and social media to provide support and information about the company's products or services
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Process customers orders
- Monitor online order status
- Handle complaints while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Recruit potential customers by offering advice and recommending books or other products where appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of titles in the book industry
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming messages
- Take the extra mile to engage customers by suggesting similar items etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business, English or French literature, translation or any related field
Experience:
0-3 years of relevant experience
