Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at our Cairo location. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints across various communication channels. Responsibilities include assisting customers with technical support, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining service excellence.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. Support customers, troubleshoot issues & provide solutions.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Experience with Online Support and frequently utilized communication channels
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening capabilities
Empathy, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset
Prior experience in contact centers or customer service-related roles is a plus
Proficiency in English
