Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent role located in New Cairo. The Customer Service Agent will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing customer support channels, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Customer Support and working as a Customer Service Representative
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and active listening
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services is a plus
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are advantageous)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a benefit
