Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our English Voice Account team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through voice interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (B1 level or higher).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo 5th Settlement Plaza.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts
- Graduates are strongly preferred.
