Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service & Contracts Lead based in Qatar. The role involves overseeing customer service operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating contracts, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. The role also requires managing service agreements, monitoring contract compliance, and providing regular performance updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries effectively
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing contracts and compliance
  • Problem-solving and communication skills for issue resolution and stakeholder updates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer management systems is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in contract management or a related role is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
