Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service and Supply chain coordinator

Location: Riyadh, KSA

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order to cash process. The Customer Service and Supply chain coordinator will own customer orders from confirmation through delivery, billing, and post-delivery follow-up, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a premium customer experience.

It is a process-driven, operational customer service role rather than a call-center position. The individual will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Service Centers, and HQ and will typically manage assigned customers or territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately from confirmation to billing
  • Manage delivery dates and coordinate with logistics partners
  • Monitor and manage order backlog, proactively flagging risks
  • Maintain accurate data in SAP and CRM systems
  • Support Sales teams with order status and forecasting
  • Handle customer inquiries and company Care activities
  • Manage post-delivery satisfaction surveys and follow up on issues
  • Accurately manage the order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales to foresee backlog slippage.
  • Constantly update IT systems with all relevant information collected during distribution activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a related role, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening and empathy.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM management.
  • Analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with local VAT and fiscal regulations.
  • Fluency in English (preferred).
