Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Back-Office Representative - French Speaker located in 6th of October. The role involves managing back-office customer service operations such as addressing customer inquiries, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Key responsibilities include responding to customer support tickets, processing data, coordinating between departments, and resolving client issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in handling Customer Experience and building positive client relationships
  • Fluency in French and strong communication abilities in English
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience handling back-office processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
