This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service role based in Al Nozha Street, Cairo. We are hiring bilingual SpanishEnglish speakers. The selected candidates will handle inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience.
For Spanish Speakers (fixed night and overnight options):
Candidates will be assigned to one of the following schedules:
12 AM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday, with rotational days off (Saturday & Sunday or Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday)
12 PM to 3 PM Monday to Friday, and 12 PM to 12 AM on Saturday & Sunday
4 PM to 1 AM
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
Ability to manage the overall Customer Experience with high service standards
Comfortable with night or overnight shifts
Fluent in Spanish and English
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is required
Strong problem-solving ability and an empathetic approach to customer interactions
