Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Customer Service Representative specializing in business loyalty, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing top-tier customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Daily tasks will include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer experiences, and handling interactions via phone with exceptional etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address inquiries effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to foster customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience through articulate communication and problem-solving skills.
  • English level B2/C1
  • Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
  • sales experience is a plus
