Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service - Chat Account position, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers through chat channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves delivering prompt and professional responses, maintaining effective communication, and contributing to an excellent customer experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and concerns will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and managing customer interactions effectively
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and written communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously and resolve issues promptly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the social entertainment or technology sector is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
