Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service & Contracts Supervisor, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. Responsibilities include supervising the customer service team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, managing daily customer interactions, resolving concerns, overseeing contract processing, and ensuring efficient service delivery. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service management and leading initiatives to enhance client relationships and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
- Proficiency in Customer Service Management and handling Customer Support tasks
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining Customer Satisfaction levels
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
