Customer Service – Business Excellence | Automotive Aftersales Division (UAEN)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAEN to join our Automotive Aftersales team in a Customer Service & Business Excellence role. The successful candidate will support initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, improve service quality, and drive operational excellence across aftersales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze customer service performance and satisfaction metrics
- Support customer experience (CX) improvement initiatives and business excellence programs
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for management
- Coordinate with service centers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with customer service standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices
- Assist in managing customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery activities
- Contribute to quality audits, customer journey mapping, and continuous improvement projects
Requirements
- UAEN (Family Book required)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in customer experience, business excellence, and the automotive industry
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
