Your role:

  • Perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all Siemens healthcare products within his/her area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision and approval.
  • Communicating and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center or designated dispatch team. Prioritizes tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.
  • Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters.
  • Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment.
  • Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.
  • Maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
  • All responsibilities and jobs must be performed as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.
  • You will manage company assets.
  • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.

Your expertise and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics Industry.
  • Good understanding of In-Vitro Healthcare Diagnostics.
  • Strong level of written and spoken English communication.
  • Strong drive and focus for results and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent judgement in customer relations and in managing company resources; strong competency in instrument systems technology to include mechanics, electrical, chemistry and software technology, experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Position requires frequent travelling.
