Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative - English Account (Level B2) based in New Cairo. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service, and addressing queries or concerns effectively over the phone. The individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while adhering to the company's high standards of professionalism and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience best practices
  • Fluency in English (Level B2 or higher)
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and delivering positive outcomes
  • Ability to empathize with customers and resolve concerns promptly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is an advantage
