Role Description
We are currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service (English Account) role, based on-site in New Cairo. The individual in this position will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service through effective communication. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor, and aligning with company standards to enhance the customer experience.
