Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, and manage service-related concerns. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients, resolving complaints, and working closely with other team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills, demonstrating empathy and active listening to address customer needs effectively
Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Experience or understanding of Customer Service Management to handle escalations and oversee service quality improvements
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing time effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
